We are proud to provide a friendly, lighthearted. professional atmosphere for our patients. With the latest technology our team provides the highest quality dental care available. One of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
Our Appointment Coordinator, Randi, will find a time that works best for you. Simply call or email. We see patients Monday through Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Thursdays from 8 AM until 2 PM. New patients are always welcomed. And because we use what we call "perfect day scheduling" we can often appoint a dental emergency mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
Financial
If you have dental insurance plan, we will be happy to submit insurance forms to the providing company for you and also help maximize your dental benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require financial arrangements, we have partnered with Care Credit for a range of 6 & 12 month interest free. Other forms of payment include: all major credit cards, check & cash.
Cancellation
Our office strives to reserve for you an appointment time that works best for you and your family. And we know that conflicts in busy schedules do occur. We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours before your reserved appointment time if you find you have a conflict. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment time to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
